The Victorian DTF “Investment Management Standard” is the set of guidelines that embraces the products Investment Logic Maps, Strategic Assessments, Strategic Options Analysis, Investment Concept Briefs, Benefit Management Plans.
Our staff were amongst the first Investment Logic Map facilitators to be accredited and we have developed many Investment Logic Maps. We have assisted the uptake of the Investment Management Standard across industry and interstate.
Our role in drafting DTF's "Conceptualise" guideline is acknowledged in the document, which sets out the requirements of a Strategic Assessment.
We also drafted the exemplar Strategic Assessment, and Business Case, published on the DTF website.
Our staff have experience of around 20 Gateway Reviews as both reviewers and those being reviewed. Two of Biruu’s Principals are qualified Review Team Leaders, and have lead numerous sensitive and high risk reviews.
