Dominic’s passion is equipping decision makers with the evidence they need to move forward with confidence. Dominic’s skills include developing financial and demographic models to create intelligence from data, leading workshops to crystallise a common strategy in a management team, and testing the merits of investments with detailed quantitative analysis.

 

Dominic’s territory is capital investment, notably real property and infrastructure, usually for the purpose of delivering a service. These skills come together in the planning and execution of Business Cases and Feasibility Studies, the development of predictive models drawing on financial and demographic data, and the examination of the consequences of new policy or investment proposals.

Michael Bowles

Principal

Michael has extensive and comprehensive experience in providing commercial advisory, strategy, commercial and implementation / execution services to a wide range of public and private clients across many fields.

 

Michael's interest lies in developing business case strategies for funding success and transacting with the private sector. He has directed and managed large and complex tender projects in a competitive and demanding environment. Michael brings a detailed knowledge of delivering successful projects from the initial concept stages to business case development, contract negotiation to closure and finally implementation and onto project completion.

Alma Gill

Principal

Alma has more than 25 years of extensive and comprehensive experience in economic and financial research and analysis working in the government and financial markets sectors. Alma brings detailed knowledge, understanding, analysis, economic management and the ability to design and facilitate the development of innovative solutions for complex financial risk problems.
